			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In Final Cut, sometimes you want a clip to fade in or out from a specific color. Like white, say. If you&#8217;re just using a single layer, you should use the Dip-to-Color effect. But the problem is that you&#8217;ll see the color in the middle of the transition, as opposed to the beginning or end like you&#8217;d expect. In order to fix the situation, just change the &#8216;Start&#8217; or &#8216;End&#8221; parameter of the effect to be 50%. That&#8217;ll basically convert the &#8216;Dip-to-Color&#8217; into a &#8216;Fade-to-Color&#8217;. Who uses a Dip-to-Color anyways?</p>
